1. You welcomed thousands of new members
In 2024, the Circle community reached an incredible milestone—we’re officially more than 100,000 members strong! This achievement is a testament to the skill, commitment, and artistry that define our growing network.

2. You powered up at Circle Day
Held on September 18–19, 2024, Squarespace’s third annual Circle Day was a defining event for the community. More than 150 of you joined us in person at Squarespace’s New York City headquarters, and thousands of you tuned in online and participated in our World Loop encores.
Circle members and Squarespace team members took the stage to share insights on leveling up your web design business. Squarespace Founder and CEO Anthony Casalena also returned to Circle Day to discuss product innovation, the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in web design, and the ongoing collaboration between the Circle community and Squarespace.

3. You helped launch key features
After launching the Feature Request Board in the Circle Forum at the end of 2023, you kicked off the year with enthusiasm, actively sharing and voting on the feature updates and additions that matter most to you and your clients.
This year proved to be a turning point for feature requests, showcasing the powerful collaboration between the Circle community and Squarespace product teams. By voicing your needs, you’ve played a vital role in shaping the future of Squarespace. Here are the year’s most exciting features:

4. You completed thousands of projects
The past year was truly remarkable for Circle members, characterized by innovation, talent, and commitment. Together, the community completed more than 75,000 projects—evidence of your unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results for your clients.
Each project reflects your technical expertise and the passion and care you bring to your craft. Your ability to balance artistry with productivity, all while meeting client needs, continues to inspire and elevate the Circle community. It’s a true celebration of what’s possible when creativity meets dedication.
5. You were creatively fulfilled and collaborative
In January, we unveiled the first-ever State of the Web Design Industry 2024 report, featuring insights from 1,000 Circle members across 20+ countries. The comprehensive report explores the current web design landscape and provides actionable strategies to help our global community of web designers, creative professionals, SEO experts, copywriters, and graphic designers build sustainable businesses that drive client success.
One of the most inspiring findings revealed that over three-quarters of web designers feel somewhat or very creatively fulfilled in their roles. Those who embrace partnerships tend to feel even more creatively fulfilled—and earn more—compared to those who don’t. This highlights the value of meaningful collaboration, not just for creative satisfaction but for overall business success.
