Sam Crawford built Six-Figure Design Club to show web designers how to turn their expertise into income. In May 2026’s episode of Circle Live, he walks through how he created and markets the program, and how he runs it almost entirely inside Squarespace.
“We have lead magnet landing pages, which use newsletter blocks. On the backend, we have an Email Campaigns automation that sends new sign-ups a PDF. All the video course content is within Courses. And, if someone becomes a six-figure earner, they can apply for a personalized trophy or bottle of champagne through a [Squarespace] form. Once you go through the course, you take this huge quiz, and if you get 100%, you’ll get a certificate. And that’s just another form. It’s all on Squarespace.”
Beyond the tools, Sam draws inspiration from his students. His mindset is that teaching is one of the most direct ways to sharpen your own expertise. The questions students ask force you to think harder about your own material, which makes your course and client work stronger over time.
