You can even duplicate sections or past campaigns to save time developing your emails.

Email Campaigns applies decisions that you or your clients have made in their Squarespace website design. You can apply your site styles to any template to change the email colors, and pull in your site logo with the click of a button. This means that emails sent through Email Campaigns maintain visual consistency across the brand. You can still make stylistic edits as needed, including editing images directly in the platform. Personalized sender details

Sender details let you customize the sender name in a subscriber’s inbox, which adds a personal touch. This can be your client, their team members, their business name, or any combination of senders. When setting up Email Campaigns for clients, help them optimize their emails by asking if their contacts will know them by their name or brand identity.


Audience management with Profiles

Take insight-driven actions with Profiles to tailor your strategy and personalize your marketing. With Profiles, clients can view their customers, subscribers, donors, and members in one place. Filter lists with attributes such as: total spend, minimum order, subscription date, and custom tags. Save segments to create a custom audience and send targeted email campaigns to subscribers who accept marketing. 

Responsive emails

Meaningful mailing lists

Collect email subscribers using the Newsletter Block, Promotional Pop-Ups, and opt in at checkout. You can also import your clients’ existing lists with a .csv file. Manage subscribers using Profiles.
