Scaling Your Client Roster

Before becoming a successful brand designer and content creator, Jack Chitty was on a very different career path. His early work in marketing felt uncreative and unfulfilling, but all that changed at age 23 when he suffered a life-threatening brain aneurysm that forced him to re-evaluate his entire future.

Today, Jack has amassed a following of more than 500,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok, and is known for his creative and thoughtful approaches to brand development and logo design. At Circle Day 2025, Squarespace’s Sarah Greisdorf, Channel Partner Program Team Lead, spoke with Jack about building a career working with high-profile, high-budget clients like Six Nations Rugby.

Jack shared actionable insights, including:

  • How to position yourself to work with top-tier brands and organizations

  • What changes when you’re collaborating with bigger clients and teams, from timelines and feedback to brand expectations

  • How to navigate multiple stakeholders while still protecting your creative vision and delivering on client goals

  • How to pitch your services and pricing with confidence, even when you feel like the smallest player in the room
