Squarespace for Pros: Spring 2026 Product Updates
Squarespace continues to evolve for professional web designers and agencies. In Fall 2025, we shared the latest Squarespace for Pros updates on custom fonts, account saved sections, the Circle dashboard, and more. Check out the fall roundup.
This spring, we’re highlighting more releases designed to help you create unique aesthetics, control key details, and optimize for performance on your Squarespace websites. These are Spring 2026’s biggest updates:
1. Organize your favorite designs and pages
Manage your library of designs and save more of your favorite layouts with account saved pages. In addition to reusing saved sections across your account’s sites, you can also reuse entire pages, helping you scale and streamline site builds.

2. Improve content discoverability
Help visitors easily find what they're looking for with improved site search. Whether a visitor is looking for content using a search block or the built-in search page found at yourdomain.com/search, their search experience will be 20x faster, yield better and more complete results, and handle errors more clearly. Squarespace’s native search feature now indexes content within sections on 7.1 site pages as well as category names for store pages.

3. Keep up with AI search
AI is rapidly changing how brands are discovered on the internet. With AI Visibility, you can see how your client’s site appears in ChatGPT answers and track changes over time.

4. Put designs into motion with Block Animations
Block Animations are just like they sound—new ways to add motion to your content for a richer, more dynamic scrolling experience. You can apply ready-to-go presets, or customize down to the percentage, degree, or pixel. These are now available as a Circle beta for Circle Gold and Platinum Partners on product blocks, buttons, and shape blocks.

5. Design differently for mobile
Circle Gold and Platinum Partners can control how blocks appear on different devices with Mobile Overrides. Style button and shape blocks for mobile view without impacting designs in desktop view, reducing the need for custom CSS workarounds.
